Do not reply to the reminder text message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-21309175 gb-headline-text\"><strong>Individual Sessions<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-16f7fd0c gb-headline-text\">Whether face-to-face or not, you are able to receive the same therapy. Online and phone sessions are just as effective, and in many cases, clients are more comfortable in their own environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-b145dacf gb-headline-text\">Outdoor Active Coaching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Active coaching can be booked on Wednesday or Friday mornings. Discounts are available for pensioners and students.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-16b970cc\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-16b970cc\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<p>All Elements Coaching sessions are able to be utilised on some NDIS plans. Contact me or NDIS to find out if you are eligible include me in your plan as your life coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Online Booking<\/strong><br>Coaching sessions must be booked online 24 hours in advance. If you are hoping for a session within 24 hours or you can&#8217;t find a time that suits you, please call to see if there is other availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><br>Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice.
