55-minute online (ZOOM or Phone Call) appointments are available to book online for Mondays beginning June 2024. For any other appointments or days, please contact us directly.
Kerry is also available for booking at Life Medical Center in Erina. In-person and Zoom appointments are available. Bookings are taken by calling Life Medical Center 4314 1010.

Individual Sessions
Whether face-to-face or not, you are able to receive the same therapy. Online and phone sessions are just as effective, and in many cases, clients are more comfortable in their own environment.
Outdoor Active Coaching
Active coaching can be booked on Wednesday or Friday mornings. Discounts are available for pensioners and students.
All Elements Coaching sessions are able to be utilised on some NDIS plans. Contact me or NDIS to find out if you are eligible include me in your plan as your life coach.
Online Booking
Coaching sessions must be booked online 24 hours in advance. If you are hoping for a session within 24 hours or you can’t find a time that suits you, please call to see if there is other availability.
Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice. Any cancellations or changes with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full cost of the booking. Please be considerate to others that would like this time.
COVID-19
Please remember, if you had a face-to-face session booked, and you are now required to isolate due to COVID-19 or any other reason, we can just as effectively complete the session online, or on the phone.
