How do I know coaching is right for me

How do I know you are the right coach for me?
I have worked with 100’s of clients who have transformed their lives. It is my passion and purpose to help people reconnect to their true self. I know how confronting it can be to share your story with someone you don’t know but I also know how rewarding and freeing it is to be to be vulnerable, trust yourself and reconnect to yourself. A good coach is one that can make you feel comfortable and safe even in the most uncomfortable situation. I pride myself on my professionalism

What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is often associated with stage shows and other often mystical things however, hypnosis is not at all mystical and is a perfectly natural state of mind that we all go into hundreds of times every day. Read my full explanation of hynosis in this article.
How does hypnotherapy work?
Hypnosis is believed to alter our state of consciousness in such a way that the analytical left-hand side of the brain is turned off, while the non-analytical right-hand side is made more alert. Read more on how hypnotherapy works in this article.
